Statement of Qualifications
Edwin Ugorowski A.I.A. has a solid Background in architecture, design, and
construction. His past work experience includes:

- Project Architect on numerous residences and commercial buildings in Montana, Colorado and South Carolina for nationally recognized firms:

Mr. Ugorowski has worked on hundreds of residences, from schematic design
through construction documents and project management. His experience covers
every facet of residential architecture: designing and managing multi-million dollar
projects (including homes in the Yellowstone Club) to designing and detailing stock
house plans and the renovations of existing structures. His diverse experience also
includes working in the field of construction on both new buildings and
historically significant structures. His expertise is the union of a client’s desired
program for the site to the existing natural features, creating exceptional design
solutions within budget, while enhancing and maintaining the natural elements.
Mr. Ugorowski’s commercial experience includes managing renovation projects of
Riggs and Rhodes Halls, Clemson University, Clemson, SC and BB&T’s main branch,
teller and computer training center and other facilities in Greenville and Columbia,
SC. The scope of these projects included: meeting with management teams and user
groups to define programs, asbestos abatement, historic renovations, Americans
with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliancy and Life-Safety codes, often with business
operations remaining open. Some of his new construction work encompasses the
Lake Murray Presbyterian Church, Chapin, SC, the Foothills Presbyterian
Retirement Center (Easley, SC), and the Timber Hill Ranch, Cazadero, CA. These
programs included brick detailing, a gothic-arch glu-lam skeleton structure,
administration and residential services buildings, dining halls, kitchens, lodges and
a “tree-house” pub.
Mr. Ugorowski is a registered Architect in Montana and Idaho. He received a
Bachelors of Architecture and a Master of Architecture from Montana State
University. He excels in both hand and computer-aided drawing from Schematic
design to Design Development through Construction Documents. Additionally, Mr.
Ugorowski’s design-build experience gives valuable insight of the architect, builder,
and client relationships in order to maintain a project's budget and schedule.
